COMMERCIAL USE (CU)
What you MAY
- Use my designs in either personal or commerical projects.
- You can modify to suit your designing needs.
- You may add my products to your kits you sell but they must be for personal use only. You can not put my products in kits your selling as commercial use (CU) unless noted as CU4CU.
- You may use my CU products in your kits your selling as is - no need to add/alter my products before adding to kits.
- You may make element packs if you are mixing my elements into other elements (for instance: bows on frames etc.).
- When creating Quick Pages e Digital Photobooks, the final product needs to be saved as .png or .jpg format with no individual layers or elements files.
- You may create S4H and/or S4O kits with my commercial use products.
What You MAY NOT
- Claim as your own.
- Resell my products in their original design individually.
- Offer in layers (finished product must be merged).
- You may not use more then 30% of my products, unless you purchase a CU4CU License from me and then you can use up to 50% of my commercial use products to create a digital scrapbook kit as PU (personal use).
- Resell my products in their original design if they are scripts, brushes, styles, templates, etc.
- Desature or alter any of my graphics to grayscale to resell them as templates.
- Put them into other CU formats (brushes, tubes, templates etc.)
- Share or redistribute this product, in part or whole, in any way. This includes cd/dvd, graphic collections, email, group or website links.
- Re-upload to any file share site EXCEPT for the sole purpose of back up files.
- Freebies are not allowed for any of my products.
Commercial AI GENERATED ART Products
All my AI products have been generated with one or more AI websites with a paid plan by following their policies regarding commercial use and copyrights.

PERSONAL USE (PU)
My personal use (PU) kits are only for personal use and small business (S4H/S4O). Commercial use (CU) is prohibited.
YOU MAY
- You can use my kits to create layouts for blogs, myspace and websites, but please put the credits and a link to my blog.
- You can use my kits to create tags, letters, stats, blinkies, layouts, quick pages, Brag books, clusters, frames, cards, boxes, albums, calendars, just to offer them for free and personal use. Do not forget the credits.
- You can use my kits in your forum, group and challenges, but always give the link of my blog to people so that they can download the kits through my links.
- You may create tutorials using my kits, but put a link to my blog for people to get the material directly from my links that are on my blog.
- A cluster frame FREEBIE is allowed, BUT only 1 per kit. You MUST also link the store & the product where you bought the kit and put the preview of my kit.
YOU MAY NOT
- Claim as your own.
- Redistrubute as a COMMERCIAL USE item, unless CU4CU is indicated.
- You may not create commercial use products with my PU/S4H/S4O items.
- Share or have available for download on your site (just link to mine, do not offer in supplies).
- Angelica S. products can not be used in free to use items like clusters. I will have Angelica's stuff in a separate folder so you can easily tell what is hers.
- Freebies are not allowed for any of my products.
ABOUT SCRAP4HIRE & SCRAP4OTHERS (S4H/S4O)
- You only have authorization to create layouts or other craft items for individual clients to be delivered in printed or flattened form.
- Your customers only will receive the final, flattened version of the product (i.e. no psd files, no individual papers/graphs/products/elements files, etc).
Credit is not needed but gratefully appreciated :)
