TERMS OF USE FOR SCRAP KITS BY TAGCATZ DESIGN
My scrap kits are tagger size and personal use only.
No commercial use is permitted under any circumstances.
No resale of any items, or anything made from these items is permitted.
Do not upload to any site for sharing and downloading. If you know someone who wants the kit, please direct them to my URL to get it.
This kit is for personal non profit use only. You may not claim it as your own, in whole or in part.
You may use the kit for tutorials as long as you provide a link in your tutorial for people to purchase my kit. You may not include elements or papers from my kits in your "supplies". I would love to see your tutorial if you would be kind enough to share it.
You may resize or recolor the elements included here for your personal use. Not for resale.
Tagcatz Design retains and reserves the right to modify, update and change the Terms of Use for all digital designs at anytime with or without notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates and changes to the Terms of Use.
You may create tags to share as freebies i.e. Welcome, Thank You, Birthday and the like. The kit itself and all of the elements and papers are not to be shared as a freebie.
You may create blog layouts with the kit, but must provide a link back to my blog or store where you purchased the kit.
If the kit contains an item that is copyrighted to an artist for a tube, I will specify what CR credit needs to be given to the artist on your tags or layouts, and you agree to honor that copyright.

All of my products contain the TOU in the download.
